ISG Personnel Management is looking for his client, a multinational company acting in constuction fild, for a position of
In-House Attorney-at-Law:
- legal assistance in construction, commercial, labor and corporate law;
- legal assistance and representation of the company in arbitration and litigation;
- legal assistance in public tenders;
- legal assistance in construction contract execution according to FIDIC rules;
- preparation of contracts, templates for the most important daily business cases (supply and purchase contracts);
- legal assistance in negotiations with customers and suppliers;
- legal assistance in daily topics regarding changes in the trade register, power of attorney etc.;
- interface to legal department of the headquarters in Austria as well as to external legal advisors;
- performance of legal trainings in-house on project relevant topics -> goal is to raise the awareness of all key employees for the importance of legal topics;
- follow-up of developments in Romanian legislation and regular updates towards colleagues;
- participation in the improvement of internal policies and procedures
Education
University degree in Law
Experience
4-5 years experience in similar position, preferably in a construction company/ multinational environment
Languages&IT
Languages: Romanian (fluent), English (fluent), German (advantageous)
IT skills: MS Office, Outlook

Sharing information and know how – ability to train others and explain complex legal topics in “easy words”
