RESPONSABILITATI

Prepares reports on volumes shipped on maritime and river vessels;
Verifies transportation invoices correctness and ensure payment execution;
Verifies additional services invoices correctness (i.e. loading/unloading services, supervision services, storages, etc.) and ensure payment execution, correct accruals input;
Deals with river transportation, forwarding companies, port authorities;
Closely coordination with port operators, control companies, fumigation, labs, supervision companies;
PAT assistance in terms of food safety networking;
Coordinates deliveries according to quality contractual terms;
Follow-up to have fast payment of purchases / monitor follow-up on sales payment;
Check income services invoices and book/approve them in MBS, payments to services providers, month end accurate accruals;
Identify and solve problems associated with customer shipping requests while meeting delivery expectations;
Schedule and execute commodity movements from silos/warehouses to port area, follow-up loading /discharging operations;
Prepare docs for export & import custom formalities;
Handles third parties stocks in Constanta;
Updating the commercial team on the cargo movement.
Issuing of sale invoices (commodity and services) on export contracts
