• Introducing in the ERP software the external invoices
• Receiving and registering the import customs declarations
• Registering and dividing per brand the customs house taxes of the customs house commissions and of the transportation value
• Developing the report of merchandise entering–reception
• Communicating to the Warehouse and to the Commercial Department the updated status regarding the merchandise that arrived through imports
• Verifying the external transportation invoices
• Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein & carry out any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Economic degree
• Computer literate
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work within a team
• Previous experience would be a plus
