RESPONSABILITATI

You will implement and support the software solutions of ORTEC at customers in transport & distribution inside and outside Romania. You will be responsible for making and keeping the customer satisfied, both on site at customers and remotely via email / phone.

You will achieve your results by being a reliable consultant, motivated and well-organized and by forming the essential link between the ORTEC product experts and the end-users (planners) at the customer.

You will work together in a multi-disciplinary team in the Bucharest office and you will have frequent contact with your colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world.


CERINTE

Skills
• Good general IT knowledge: Microsoft Office, XML, MSSQL
• Experience with ERP-systems, XSL, MS Reports and programming is preferred
• Fluent in English, preferably 1 other CEE language
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Analytical and high quality of work

• Willingness to travel, also outside Romania

Experience
• 2-5 years working experience
• University education in Informatics, Engineering, Cybernetics or similar studies
• Willingness to learn fast, follow trainings and grow within the company
