-To liaise with HP Front Office employees and executives for customer satisfaction issues including turnaround time of requests, quality of results and complaints from internal HP customer. 
-To provide professional solutions to HP internal customers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence. 
-To act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. 
- Manage a team of 20-25 people and will have complete delivery and people management responsibility either for a region within a process or a sub process 
- As part of People management responsibility, responsible to do performance appraisal and identify individual development plan by strong employee engagement.
Our perfect candidate has:
-Bachelor s (graduate) degree in Economics 
-Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent communication and influential skills
-Require 5 years of relevant work experience in an international environment with minimum 2 years of people management.
-Customer focused and with conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
-People management experience. 
Desirable requirements:
-experience in contract management and/or telephone support and microcomputer industry 
-experience in SAP – contract management 
-Ability to provide input to drive strategic direction for overall operation processes
