For one of our clients, a world leader in the global household, health and personal care sectors, we are looking for an IKA Field Manager. The Company’s long-term commitment to the Romanian market presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional for this position.
The Role:
- The IKA Field Manager overall objective is to develop, coordinate and implement the 4P per client in the modern trade in alignment with Company’s strategic objectives (LSM), and to manage the RSR team in order to have the best results vs. the objectives.
- The IKA Field Manager is responsible for achieving monthly targets for the modern trade channel follow up on quarterly and annual catch-up.
- He/She needs to create inside RB a winning team in order to outperform competition in our categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the RSR team in order to achieve the RB strategic objectives by client
- Responsible of the implementation for the promotional strategy by client and promotional execution by tracking 4P execution according to LSM
- Responsible for client new product successful launch implementation at store level
- Continuous improvement in the 4P management of the IKA clients by indentifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement
- Develop individuals in the team that can be promoted in a period of 18-24 months to others positions in the company
Key Challenges
- 100% implementation of LSM at store level
- Managing effective relationship with increasing demanding to every store
- Effectively managing and driving Company’s presence in highly competitive categories
- Managing the modern trade field force.
- Create tools for people in the team to have strategic deals within their stores/clients.
- Securing that the plan is in place and implemented in the clients.
- Manage and monitor the alignment of the IKA stores to LSM
