* Provide financial support to management by preparing internal budget reports/ scenarios/ forecasts, cash flow projects, and other special reports,
* Monthly and quarterly reports to the Group,
* Budget controlling,
* Prepare and submit Reports to CFO (under IFRS standards),
* Prepare documentation, information and situations for the external auditor,
* Implement the Group Accounting Policy to all subsidiary companies,
* Improve the quality of the reporting process,
* University degree Finance/Accounting,
* 3-4 years experience in accounting/finance/audit,
* Knowledge of financial reporting and controlling systems,
* Strong knowledge of RO GAAP and fiscal regulations,
* Strong technical skills in IFRS and practical experience on conversion from RAS to IFRS,
* ACCA, CPA or CECCAR certificate would be a plus,
* A high level of computer literacy in PC applications,
* Excellent command of English Language.
* Highly developed analytical and organizational skills;
* Very responsible person, team worker, innovative;
* Ability to work under pressure;
* Attention to details, accuracy;
* Pro-active, results oriented, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements.
