The Identity Management Specialist will take care of the day-by-day support issues of Identity Management Services for METRO Group. He will work in a team focused on solving customer issues and providing high-quality identity management services.
Profound product knowledge in the configuration and administration of
-Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager or Microsoft Identity Integration Server
-LDAP Directory Services (Active Directory, AD/AM)
-Microsoft SQL Server
-Good knowledge in handling Standard Tools like Microsoft Office and HP Service Center
-Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
-Good social competence and service orientation (customer contact necessary)
