Experience in Identity Management projects, regardless of technology platform.
Good understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
Good knowledge of typical enterprise IT architecture stack.
Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory concepts.
Experience with LDAP directories.
Solid understanding of RDMBS and ability to write simple SQL queries.
Programming/scripting experience (Java, Javascript, C, HTML) is an advantage.
Good business English, both in spoken and written form.
Ability to analyze requirements and build the big picture.
Ability to consult customers independently.
Self-learner mentality, finds the prospect of RTFM appealing.
Availability for occasional international business travel.
