- Analyze and resolve the support tickets assigned by the business analyst supervisor which require interaction with business users.
- Perform operational and maintenance tasks as required; develop minor emergency changes, code fixes and minor enhancements according to the technical specifications provided.
- Document and test the source code changes.
Proven ability in using AS / 400 utilities: QRY, DFU, SEU
At least 1 year experience as an analyst programmer working on an AS/400
Knowledge of SQL, RPG III/IV, debugger.
Ability in using IBM DB2 and CL for AS400
