- Responsible with IT budgeting activities such as: coordination of budgeting process,tracking of budget utilization,budget utilization & forecasting reports.
- Responsible with IT contracts and IT orders management: manages the ordering life-cycle,archives the contracts/orders,checks the correspondence between contracts/orders and the issued invoices,tracks the invoices process on the initiated projects/contracts/orders,checks the delivery documents for the hardware and software orderes.
- Different reports on issues related to IT budget utilization,IT contracts and orders and/or IT invoices.
- Covers other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior,as justified by the business needs.
-Student or graduated or a tehnical or economical university
-Good knowledge of general IT environment
- Relevant experience on budgeting and planning processes is a plus
- Good analytical skills,task oriented
- Details oriented
- Team player
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
