As IT Monitoring Officer you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring different systems, servers, network availibility.
- Solving the problems occured during monitoring, following given procedures.
- Perform daily tasks and jobs for different processes.
In order to be successful in this position you will need at least:
- IT / Engineering background;
- Experience in a similar position or as a Help Desk;
- Customer orientation, ability to focus on details, ability to work under pressure, pro-active attitude;
- Good command of English language.
