RESPONSABILITATI

- Offers technical support to reseller over telephone, e-mail regarding IBM Solutions: Servers, Storage, SAN Networks, PC Systems, Notebooks, etc.
- Teach trainings to resellers and internal sales team
- Participates in workshops, roadshow, other events where technical solutions (DEMO) must be provided


CERINTE

- Minimum 2 years experience with Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows 2000/2003 Exchange Server, Active Directory & Services (DNS, DHCP, WINS, IIS etc)
- Minimum 2 years experience with IBM Products: Servers, Storage, Systems, Notebooks: Installation and Configuration,Maintenance or Support
- Minimum 1 years experience with Linux
- Basic Networking Knowledge: TCP/IP Stack, Ethernet
- Experience with ISA Server 2004/2006, SharePoint, would be a plus
- MCP Certification required, MCSE 2000 or 2003 would be a plus

Other required
- Client oriented attitude
- Dynamic, responsible with good communications skills
- Degree in engineering
- Languages: Spoken and Written ENGLISH – Very Good
- Driving license B
