Correct Parts and Service quotation - selection and pricing;
Communication with responsible Service Sales Engineer and Sales Team Leader about offer pricing levels;
Preparing and sending commercial and technical offer incl. necessary technical documentation for all customers;
First offer follow up with customer, report to Service Sales Engineer;
Order processing with the company's factories or Sub contractors, based on complete info received from Service Sales Engineer and follow up until delivery completion;
Perform according to company strategy in terms of customers channels, product mix and selling level;
Communicate with other departments in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction (sales / CC / financial department);
Keep customer offer and order data base updated;
Preparing and sending pro-forma invoice to the customer;
Keep updated on product changes.
Technical university degree in HVAC;
At least 5 years experience in a technical role in HVAC engineering;
Experience in product selection and pricing;
Communication skills, customer orientation;
Fluent English language;
Ability to work in stressful situations, respecting the company procedures and time frames;
Experience in refrigeration industry is highly preferred.
