RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer, that has experience or exposure to automation projects.

Job Description:
 Design and Engineering of BMS projects with the new Comfort Point Open system – a BACnet based solution including an engineering tool, library applications, a suite of different controller types and a building manager graphical front end
 Supporting the European estimators to define the best system architecture and to pick the right library applications for a certain project
 Submittal package preparation including sequences of operations, bill of materials, schematics and I/O lists
 DDC Program generation, based on Global Library Standards and customer sequence of operations.
 Data validation for consistency and quality (DDC, Data points, Graphics)
 Supporting the European field engineers during commissioning, startup and service of the projects
 Help on continuously improving the library (macros, applications, graphics) with feedback coming from the European projects

CERINTE

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
 Advanced Network / PC certification (Desirable)
 Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions
 Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.

Knowledge and skills

 Experience in project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology based projects
 Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment
 Excellent HVAC domain knowledge
 BACnet protocol knowledge
 Language: English - advanced level; German - medium level at least

 Good communication skills
 Global mindset
 The ability to work under pressure
 Ability to travel within Europe for some initial workshops, trainings or later on field projects
