RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
- Interview job applicants;
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems;
- Prepare, process and distribute payroll.
- Design and conduct new employee orientations.
- Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- Work experience in large/multi-national company of minimum 3 years;
- Very good verbal and written skills in English;
- Very good communication skills, open-minded, dynamic;
- Computer literate and proficient in MS office;
- Team player, strong people management and organization skills, strategic thinker;
- Good listener, common sense of thinks.
