Contract duration: Limited – 6 months
Location: Bucharest offices
Reports to: Organizational Development Manager
Job scope: Provides support for the human resources function, related to implementation of organizational projects and to providing organizational data.
Job responsibilities:
- Participates in HR department projects, as a team support member, according to concrete needs and within his/her own area of competences;
- Handles logistics for organizational projects, under supervision;
- Keeps track and updates monthly the organizational charts as per change;
- Participates in job descriptions’ update in collaboration with direct manager;
- Analyze and centralize organizational data and provide specific reports;
- Participates in conceiving presentations and change communications within the organization;
- In various situations, acts as contact point between HR/OD and internal clients.
Education: University undergraduate or fresh graduate, (Social Sciences, Psychology or Economics would be a plus, but it is not mandatory).
Experience: Some working experience would be an advantage.

- Has genuine interest in human resources field and has knowledge on HR terminology/ concepts;
- Is enthusiastic, has a positive and constructive spirit;
- Is a learner, willing to invest time and effort to improve his/her competences;
- Has good communication & interpersonal skills;
- Is quality & results oriented.
PC skills: Good PC skills (World, Excel, Power Point)
Languages: Very good knowledge in English
