Your core responsibilities as Human Resources Specialist will be to:
• Coordinate all recruitment activities for filling Roche vacancies using all recruitment channels including e-recruitment (TALEO system).
• Coordinating all personnel administration activities: employment documents, employee files, relations with Labor Authorities.
Other HR related tasks will be assigned for professional development purposes.
You can consider yourself the ideal candidate if you have passion for working with people, if you are professionally curious to find ways to identify the best match between organizations and people. Four to five years experience in Human Resources/Recruitment area and outstanding results are mandatory. Experience and knowledge in personnel administration are not compulsory, can be developed in Roche. Other HR existing competencies (e.g. occupational testing, assessment/development center, job analysis, job evaluation etc) are considered a plus. Your educational background can be Psychology (a real plus) or Economics. Postgraduate business/HR education is an advantage. Personal requirements are: good intuition and understanding of people's qualities, good analytical and decision-making skills, good communication and strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people. Fluent English language abilities and IT proficiency are a must. You may be requested to travel in the country for recruitment purposes.
