RESPONSABILITATI

• Working closely with managers across the company in order to determine the recruitment needs. Analysing workforce planning and staffing needs within assigned operational areas.
• Collaborating with all levels of management to determine desired skill set. Guides and consults hiring managers with salaries and compensation package.
• Identifying potential recruitment sources and devising successful recruitment programs.
• Performing full recruitment processes: recruitment announcement, Cv screening, face-to-face interview, recruitment delivery, follow-up for candidates, recruitment reports
• Employee induction
• Taking part in performance evaluation interviews
• Putting together the annual training plan based on the inputs of the development needs being identified by the performance evaluation process
• Ensuring the implementation of the training plan
• Analysing and giving information about identified human resources problems
• Making proposals on employee-motivation
• Organising HR events.


CERINTE

• University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources etc.)
• At least 2-3 years of prior experience in an HR position
• Strong knowledge of the following:
- recruitment and selection process
- HR communication process
• Passion for improvement, innovation and creativity
• Communicative, open-minded
• Self-motivated and proactive to solve problems and accomplish tasks independently
• High level of diplomacy and ability to deal with diverse personalities
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize activities
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet applications)
• Excellent English language skills.

GECAD was established in 1992 by Radu Georgescu as a Computer Aided Design development company. Over the time, GECAD\\\'s focus shifted from CAD to security software, namely antivirus. Thus, RAV technology
was developed in 1994 and, in 2003 - while having a well established distribution network in 60 countries and protecting over 10 Million users worldwide was acquired by Microsoft from GECAD.
