- Preparing all the documents regarding employees terms and conditions of employment in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date;
- Maintaining accurate personnel information (salary and headcount);
- Maintaining the relationship with Romania Labor Authorities (ITM, Casa de Pensii etc.);
- Providing support for recruitment activities including job posting, screening CVs, tracking, performing interviews - on the phone and face-to-face interviews
- University degree;
- Diploma of HR Inspector - mandatory;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general HR administrative role;
- Experience in recruiting (advantage);
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Driving licence - B category
