RESPONSABILITATI

Relationships:

• Keeping contact with the local functional line managers, the HR manager and all local employees
• Being in touch with the HR department in Central Office (SAP data reporting, organizational charts and other HR issues)
• Maintaining the relationship between the HR department and other departments of the local company in order to understand the business and identifying the line managers’ and employees’ needs
• Keeping contact with the external payroll company
• Keeping and maintaining contact with recruitment agencies, training companies and consultants

Administration / Legal:

• Keeping all HR administrative files up-dated, ensuring the data quality (employee data, work contracts, work contract modifications, study contracts, other official documents)
• Making work contracts for new employees according to the local labor law
• Managing the appropriate daily registration on work time, holiday, and sick leaves and reporting all data to the payroll company
• Managing the monthly report on non-management wages to the payroll company
• Calculating bonuses and extra payments in terms of non-management and reporting data to the payroll company
• Managing all administrational and reporting aspects on employment termination
• Managing and maintaining the contracts with external companies providing occupational health services, safety and fire protection trainings
• Making the complex administration on trainings and recruitment processes
• Up-dating the local organizational charts and headcount data and reporting the data and changes to the HR department in Central Office on the monthly basis

Recruitment:

• Managing the complex search process (identifying the vacancies, consulting with line managers on the job profiles to search, defining the proper manner of the search (web ad, newspaper ad, selection agency, executive search etc.), keeping contact with external consultants/selection agencies, managing all contract-related issues together with the HR manager, interviewing candidates, keeping up-dated line managers on the status of the search process, making proper and up-to-date administration on the search project, turning down candidates etc.)
• Managing the on-boarding and induction program of the new employees

Performance management:

• Supervising the annual (performance management based on job objectives) and bi-annual (competency-appraisal) processes according to the company guidelines
• Taking part in performance evaluation interviews

Training and Development:

• Putting together the annual training plan based on the inputs of the development needs being identified by the performance evaluation process
• Ensuring the implementation of the training plan
• Making priorities in training needs if necessary
• Meeting training companies in order to understand better the content of the trainings in the local market / opportunities and conditions
• Keeping up-dated the local training history
• Being ready to support the organization of training-logistics

Further responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating the work of the administrative support staff according to the business needs
• Analyzing and giving information about identified human resources problems
• Making proposals on employee-motivation
• Updating internal regulations and guidelines
• Being responsible for solving labour conflicts
• Being authorized by the company to maintain relationship with several external partners or legal authorities in terms of HR issues


CERINTE

Skills:

- College or university degree
- 2-4 years work experience with a solid HR generalist track record in a multinational environment
- Relevant experience in project management
- Fluent English, Italian is a plus
- PC user (Microsoft Office)
