RESPONSABILITATI

The nominee will initiate, develop, propose and implement complex policies and programs aiming the area of non-financial benefits for Alpha Bank Romania’s staff members and will ensure entirely the internal communication process (preparing and developing communication strategies, setting proper communication channels, handling feed-back flows etc.); she/ he will also perform entire support/ administrative work related to the above-mentioned activities, doing her/ his duties under direct coordination of the Human Resources Manager.

The nominee is also expected to actively participate and contribute to other Human Resources Division’s initiated/ assumed specific projects.


CERINTE

- University degree preferably in Economics and/ or Communication; Master level studies or other postgraduate degrees related to HR activity would be appreciated;
- Human Resources experience mainly in the areas of non-material benefits (developing and implementing specific policies) for employees and internal communication is a mandatory requirement;
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- People oriented person, with highly-developed communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- It is a must for the nominee to be very well-organized, accurate, efficient and flexible;
- Reliability, commitment and attention to details are also mandatory requirements;
- Team-oriented person, with proactive attitude;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever necessary, capable to perform in a highly demanding professional environment.
