RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for preparation and evidence of all documents related to the initiation, execution and termination of employment contracts;
- Responsible for administration of aspects related to:
change of employment terms (internal transfer, promotions, salary reviews etc); time attendance (leave of absence); personnel files; electronic staff database;
organizational charts; job descriptions; employee benefits
- Prepare various reports.

Knowledge and competencies
Romanian labor legislation
Prior experience with expatriate contracts administration is a major plus
Good working level of English - written & verbal
Good PC skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Competencies: very well organized, problem solving skills, client-oriented attitude, able to perform under pressure, good interpersonal skills, accuracy & attention to detail, task-oriented (finisher).
