For one of our clients, a multinational company active in Financial – Banking field, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager in Iasi.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the operations of the HR office;
- Being responsible for the administration of the HR polices, procedures and programs;
- Carrying out responsibilities in departmental development (plans, organizes, directs, and manages departmental human resources activities)
- Reporting to the HR Division Director;
- Counselling employees regarding employment-related policies, procedures, rules, laws, and regulations;
- Advising employees on appropriate supervisory practices and explaining departmental decisions on human resources-related matters;
- Acting with integrity and fairness according to the Group values and guidelines.
- At least two years professional experience in human resources ;
- Knowledge of the national laws, regulations and contracts coupled with ability to foresee employment market trends in the local context;
- Flexibility, creativity and capacity to innovate;
- Impeccable organization and negotiating skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including excellent written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Italian language would be a plus.
