RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose: to ensure the good process of the human resources management systems , actively contributing to the achievement of the company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, developping and directing a comprehensive human resource strategy for the company
- Coordinating the HR team with all its functionalities
- Managing a variety of HR processes, procedures and afferent tools: recruitment, training, change and development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc
- Succession planning, taking into account the organizational evolution of the company
- Acting as an internal consultant, as a business partner for the department managers, maintaining the personnel’s job results
- Plan and organize the HR system according to company’s business strategy


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Sound knowledge of recruitment, personnel development, compensation, labor law;
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR management;
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative and drive, focused on results;
- Demonstrated sound leadership and team management skills;
- Decisive, assertive, excellent communication abilities;
- Good strategic thinking;
- Excellent English knowledge and PC skills.
