-Planning Human Resources Activity
-Organized Human Resources Department
-Participate in creating a strong design of the organization for HR Department
- Insure all standardized HR systems are fully functional & in place
-Organize training programs with department executives
-Keeping the necessary documentation for the Department activity(salaries,new recruitment,increasing,assignations,resignations..);
-Solve basic Employee Relations issues ;
-Collaborate with all Department to create a good climate of work
-Work within the company¿s general organization rules
-Develop and manage positive relationship
-Inform constantly and with special reports the Board of Administration about the works
¿University degree
¿Fluency in English language
¿ Experience in the HR Department at least 3 years
¿Good communication skills,Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation
¿Computer skills: Wizsalary, Word, Excel, Internet
