RESPONSABILITATI

For our Bucharest office we are seeking an Human Resources Manager to work as part of our international team.
The primary role is to help grow and develop the team in Bucharest, as well as to administrate personnel matters. The HR Manager will work closely with the headquaters in germany.

- Manage all personnel issues with respect to the legal requirements and company policies
- Manage and update the corporate HR software application
- Identifies new positions needed in the company according to its development
- Develop and enlarge recruiting activities
- Personnel recruitment
- Selection of personnel
- Manage marketing activities
- Socialise with existing clients
- Reporting
- Acquisition of prospects
- Conclusion of contracts
- Negotiate contracts
- Exploit media/press
- Compose job advertisements


CERINTE

- University degree
- Good organisation skills, time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English German
- Strong knowledge of labour law, procedures and regulations
- High degree of personal accountability
- Independence and unquestioned integrity
- Ability to deal with several tasks on the same time
- Creativity and initiative
