- You will be responsible for development of the International HR strategies on local level
- You will be developing new local HR approaches for CMC activities and prepare a HR plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly plan)
- You will integrate International policy and procedures on local level and upgrade existing ones
- You will take over the responsibility of search and selection, involvement of new employees and career development
- You will develop and implement people performance management strategies: competencies evaluation, developmental plans, training needs assessment
- You will conduct training on coaching, train the trainer concept, preferably also on sales techniques and communication skills
- You will work closely with the operations and lead execution of regular employee evaluation and develop non-financial recognition systems
- You will be involved in culture building and improving overall organizational performance through analyzing, designing and implementing organizational development strategies
- You will fully cooperate with International HR manager on HR development
- University degree in Human Resource Management or social sciences (preferably)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR managerial position
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Working in international environment is an advantage
