- Supervise the recruitment and selection process
- Design and implement an evaluation system of the employee’s performance
- Counsel the management team on a broad range of HR management issues: compensation and benefits strategy, including incentive plans, promotions, upgrading, awards and merit increases
- Asses the development needs of the employees and propose a consistent plan of training programs
- Ensure compliance with personnel management policy and local law
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 4 years experience in a similar position
- Exposure to both multinational and national environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Pro-active
- Strong leadership
