- Contribute to the annual Human Resources budgeting process
- Participate in creating and developing positive and trustful relationships with and towards partners
- Coordinates recruitment and selection projects for managerial and non-managerial positions
- Coordinate the process of performance planning and evaluation, give support to management in order to insure fairness and equity
- Report to the Human Resources Director
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of similar experience
- Consistent exposure to multinational environment
- Fluency in English
- Pro-active, strong communicator, proven leadership
