- In order to fulfil the above role, you need to be a university graduate (Business or HR Management) with three years experience in the HR field.
- You also need to be computer literate.
- Knowledge and/or experience gained in the retail environment or other multinational organization will be considered a strong advantage.
- You need to be an excellent communicator in Romanian and English, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Your personality should inspire credibility and trust and you need to be a positive thinker with strong business acumen and problem solving abilities.
