Provide strategically & operational HR support to meet the business needs of the company
Oversee personnel planning and develop/implement appropriate recruitment plans.Coordinate the recruitment and selection process
Evaluate Compensation Programs and coordinate the planning and administration of employee benefits
Drawing up and ratification of training plans, attention to carrying out of the plans
Implement, coordinate and manage effective employee communication channels
Ensure the efficient administration of all employment related matters including the maintenance of personnel records in line with company\'s requirements and local legislative requirements ( including collective relations )
Coordinate the HR Department Team with all its functionalities
University degree (Legal / Social /Psychological /Economical background)
Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience with at least 1 year at middle or top management level
Fluent written and spoken French and English
Very good knowledge of local labour law and employment practices
Good PC-skills (MS-Office, MS Outlook)
Motivational/leadership skills
Analytical and empathical skills, customer focused
Good strategic thinking
Strong negotiation skills
Strong planning and organising skills
