- assess, develop and implement all HR needs and services and provide HR tools and strategies, according to the Business Plans;
- coordinate and develop HR policies and procedures, such as: recruitment and selection, employment practices, compensations & benefits, jobs and performance evaluation systems, training programs and Internal Regulations;
- develop HR programs to attract, retain and develop the quality people necessary to achieve business objectives;
- coordinating all personnel administration issues (personnel records, labor contracts and relations, payroll, disciplinary actions), ensuring a perfect compliance with Romanian labor legislation;
- develop staffing plans, coordinate the recruitment process, interview candidates and assist in the selection;
- coordinate and plan induction schedule;
- elaborate work safety & security program;
- design and implement internal communication strategies and processes.
- Arrange team-building and social events
- 5-year HR experience with increasing responsibilities and minimum 2 years in HR Management ideally gained in a multinational environment.
- University degree in Economics or HR related discipline being a practitioner in all personnel administration and HR issues and have strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation.
- The perfect applicant must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all areas of the business, never losing sight of the commercial aims of the company.
- The candidate must have the ability to manage people and create lasting and organized working structures, being creative and pro-active, an efficient problem-solver.
- The applicant will be an energetic person with outstanding communication & interpersonal skills and with proficiency in English.
