RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is an important company in textile industry field.
The main responsibilities for this position are:

- Assists managers to evaluate staffing requirements and determine hiring needs
- Screens and evaluates applications, conducting screening interviews if required by manager
- Educates managers in identifying training needs for different positions
- Manages process of creating suitable training programmes for all positions
- Defines performance evaluation process (criteria, frequency, manager involvement, etc) for all company positions
- Coordinates regular performance evaluation process (e.g. ensuring managers perform evaluations as agreed as part of evaluation process)
- Setting HR policies
- Manages HR function on day-to-day basis
- Maintains (or creates) company organisation charts


CERINTE

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency with performance management systems, familiar with HR policy procedures and documents
- Extensive experience in recruiting activities and in designing or implementing training programmes
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent managerial skills
