CERINTE

-2 - 4 years of human resources experience;
-Labor laws; principles and techniques of labor relations;
-Conflict negotiation skills;
-Diplomatic, tactful, composed personality;
-Innovative/ creative personality;
-Very good management of people skills;
-Friendly and empathic personality;
-Excellent communication skills.
