RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the VP Human Resources & Shared Services of the Rompetrol Group, the Human Resources Manager will maintain and enhance the organization`s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

- MAINTAINS ORGANIZATION STAFF by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes;
- MAINTAINS THE WORK STRUCTURE by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
- MAINTAINS MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
- ENSURES LEGAL COMPLIANCE by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws requirements;
conducting investigations; maintaining records; maintaining
connection with legal department;
- MAINTAINS HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF JOB RESULTS by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
- CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT by accomplishing related results as needed.


CERINTE

- We are looking for outstanding professionals with at least 3 years experience in human resources management in a large company, covering the main human resources functions: extensive experience in the recruitment and selection process, knowledge of personnel administration methods and systems, general knowledge of the Romanian payroll system, good knowledge of the Labor Legislation; experience and knowledge in evaluation systems, career development, organization development, training administration;
- Experience in labor relations, collective bargaining process and restructuring principles and methods are also required;
- Experience in industrial environment is considered a valuable asset;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative and drive focused on results;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated sound leadership and team management skills;
- Proactive, creative and resourceful;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet);
- Fluent in English;
- Driver license - class B;
- Availability for travelling - 30% of the working time.
