RESPONSABILITATI

Human Resources Manager is accountable for development and implementation Human resources policies and procedures, and for creation of functioning HR department., this shall include in particular:

- human resources policies and procedures – develop, implement and update:
employment process, internal training system, employee evaluation procedures, compensation and benefits policies, internal communication system

- Employment process:
Candidates sourcing, interviews conducting, references checking, contract negotiations, final recommendations providing for managers of departments or shops
(Searching mainly for positions of shop assistants, shop managers, area managers)

- employee evaluation, compensation and benefits policies and procedures:
monthly all employees’ evaluations and bonuses preparation, development and implementation of internal evaluation/compensations/benefits procedures/policies for shops/head office including research and analysis on market policies in this regards

- internal training system::
keep evidence and organize trainings and testing of employees in shops/HO, training of hired employees about company, its policies and procedures, participate on trainings preparation, responsible for security and fire protection training organization

- internal and external communication:
internal Memos, internal events organizing, policies explanations and implementations, communications with authorities, org board update, employees problems resolving, yearly collective contract, reports to management

- administration:
ensuring all paperwork are according to law and company policies - employees legal documents preparation (contracts, dismissals, notifications, salary confirmations, required employee’s documents obtaining ….), develop and maintain database of employees data, employees files and documents


CERINTE

- university degree in Psychology/Sociology
- fluent English and Romanian are compulsory
- minimum 2-3 years experience at the same position, experience in recruiting is compulsory
- very good analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information
- ability to work independently and as a team player, communicative and well organized
