For one of our clients, a world leading agribusiness company, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager:
RESPONSABILITIES:
Contributes as a member of the management team to the development of the business strategy;
Communicates the strategy and targets across the organisation;
Identifies the personnel training needs;
Coordinates the recruitment process;
Provides advice and support to the Country Manager and the Management team on Human Resources policies and people practices;
Supervises the compensation and benefits system;
Manages employee's relations in line with local consultation requirements;
Manages and develops direct reports and provides strong functional leadership;
Takes responsibility for and leads on specific cross functional, cross country projects in line with Regional or Global initiatives and direction;
Ensures that the compnay operates in line with local employment legislation and consultation requirements;
Leads and develops the human resources team.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Human Resources area;
Experience of operating with unions;
Good knowledge on labour legislation and on compensation and benefits systems;
Advanced English skills;
Excellent communication skills.
