RESPONSABILITATI

Our Client is currently seeking a Human Resources Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

¿ Work closely with function leaders to address issues relative to talent acquisition and retention.
¿ Mange workforce planning, sourcing, assessment and selection.
¿ Assure Firm programs and tools available to identify, develop and promote our talent are effectively managed. Advise on performance and career management processes that facilitate retention and enable individuals to develop their careers with the firm.
¿ Assure Employee Relations issues are effectively addressed.
¿ Assure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
¿ Keep abreast of information and changes which impact the conditions of employment. Understand the legal and regulatory frameworks in which the firm operates and ensures compliance.
¿ Align/develop employee benefits programs consistent with organizational strategy.
¿ Professional Development.
¿ Effectively manage data and HR transactions through information systems to enhance operational efficiency and HR services delivered.
¿ Monitor turnover trends and morale and develop/deliver HR initiatives to enhance retention.
¿ Support and manage change through clear communications, goal setting (securing the commitment of critical individuals) and follow through. Anticipates barriers to change and recommends appropriate adjustments as required.
¿ Provide counsel, support, and guidance to, and assure development of, junior staff.


CERINTE

1. 8-10 years relevant HR generalist experience in large organization
2. Degree in Business Administration, or related field, required
3. Thorough knowledge of Romanian Labor Legislation
4. Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:
a. Working with a leadership team in a trusted business advisor capacity to influence, articulate and implement business/HR strategy
b. Performance Management and Career Development
c. Understanding, and effectively managing, tax efficient compensation schemes that recognize a professional¿s responsibilities outside the local jurisdiction, i.e., cross-border responsibilities.
d. Project management
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Sense of urgency and a proactive approach
7. Passion and commitment for teamwork, and, ethical and professional conduct
8. Positive outlook, resilience, and flexibility necessary to work in ambiguous environment with changing priorities

Travel will be required once role is expanded.

The successful candidate will report the HR Director, Balkan Region.
