- One of our clients, a multinational production company, is currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join its team of professionals.
- Contracting and administering the company personnel as well as managing the external personnel necessary to cover urgent tasks;
- Being responsible with payroll duties including preparation of documents and payment of salaries, incident management and liaison with Public and Private Bodies such as Security, Employment Services Accident Insurance Services, Job Centers;
- Coordinating and monitoring of actions necessary to maintain a suitable workplace risk prevention policy;
- Organizing the recruitment process;
- Managing and supervising the training programs.
- University degree;
- A post-graduate qualification in human resources will be considered an advantage;
- Relevant experience in human resources field, preferably in manufacturing;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
