RESPONSABILITATI

OBJECTIVE
- To work with Managers and employees to focus on the three main areas of focus– Recruitment, Retention, Employee Engagement
• – to ensure we are the employers of choice in the industry
- Sound understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of HR.
- Change Management Skills to identify key focus areas; develop practical and implement solutions and communicate it to Partners/Managers/Employees effectively. Also handle difficulties in convincing multiple stakeholders and prioritize on key issues and ongoing implementation project management. A mature and positive team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and implements the entire recruitment process with specific deliverables in terms of new hires
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company
- Manages the annual training and development plan and budget
- Ensures the accurate implementation and follow up of the performance appraisal program.
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of Policies & ISO 9001 accreditation process
- Keeps record of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Understands labour code & legislation related to payroll
- Is responsible for evaluating and suggesting new compensation structures and benefits or changes to existing plans.
- Monitors the HRMS & Reporting Systems


CERINTE

EDUCATION
- Graduate degree. Post Graduate Qualification is preferable.
- Additional Qualification in Business Management or Human Resource Management is highly desirable

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience of at least 8-12 years of working in human resources field, including recruitment, retention, engagement, compensation, policy and procedures, performance management, management development & administration.
- Experience of working in a Multinational Organization in a developing country, preferably a service organization.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Ability to think strategically and to ensure that HR issues are addressed in the strategic and operational plans.
- Good at developing relationships (including cross culture relationships).
- Able to persuade and negotiate with people positively and proactively.
- Proven ability to work in team working style in complex, interdependent organisation.
- Good organising skills
- Strong implementation capabilities
- IT Skills
- English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
