RESPONSABILITATI

The main duties and responsibilities related to the HR Coordinator position are as follows:

-Responsible with the monthly payroll for the group employees and preparation of the monthly declarations for the state, using the software provided by the company, DP Payroll;
-Drafts the personnel policy in order to reach the company¿s performance objectives;
-Is responsible for the assessment of the personnel together with the management by:
drafting assessment plans;
meeting employees;
providing feedback and
suggesting career and development objectives.
-Responsible for the motivation policy of the staff by:
proposing to management suitable motivation plans per categories of employees;
assessing periodically the firm¿s motivation policy and adjusting it when needed.
permanently analysing the competitors¿ market by salary survey studies and other tools.
-Ensure that all personnel related activities are within legal provisions, internal rules and regulations of the company;
-Identifies the recruitment needs, defines the profiles and responsible for the selection and recruitment process;
-Supervises and organises the new employees integration process, so that the personnel becomes operational rapidly;
-Represents an efficient means of communication between employees and management, so that a friendly working environment is created;
-Manages, motivates and develops the HR team;
-Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues through written, verbal and non-verbal communication and actively listens to, understands and constructively questions others;
-Keeps up to date with changes in local individual income tax legislation;
-Prepares the timesheet daily;
-Keeps the desk clean and organised and, at each day-end, puts all the client files back in the cupboards;
-Responsible for communicating the internal rules and regulations to the employees and for ensuring compliance;
-Co ordinates the activity of the HR department.


CERINTE

- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources ( payroll, the maintenance of the employees date base , recruitment etc.)
- Very good computer skills ( Word, Excel, Ciel etc. )
- English - good command
- Open minded, flexible, team player, specialist, organized, responsible
- Specialist: strong knowledge and good skills
- She/He is knowledgeable and skillful, responsibility and flexibility
- Dynamism
