• Preparing and updating HR processes
• Preparing reports and statistics
• Coordination of contractual relations of METRO SYSTEMS ROMANIA with some services providers
• Keep track of and distribute meal vouchers and pay slips;
• Update the computer system Revisal
• Drafts and issues various types of documents requested by the employee;
• Manage and archive documents in the Human Resources department;
- Intermediate to senior level experience in HR
- Recruiting experience in the former job
- Interested in HR administration
- Experience in SAP HR preferred
- Excellent communication and good English skills
- Experience as trainer preferred
- Team player
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
