Job scope:
- Implementation and support of strategic and operational HR measures and projects in Romania in close cooperation with the management on-site and the headquarter in Germany
- Legal consultancy for management and employees (labor law and HR & legal related issues)
Job responsibilities:
- Consulting of employees, department managers in HR topics
- Recruitment: posting job openings, selection of CVs, participating at interviews, providing feedback about candidates;
- Trainings: organizing, determination of requirements, selection of coaches, coordination of the agreements with the coaches;
- Personnel development: introducing Orientation Center to the candidates, participation at follow-up meetings, implementation of actions and measures related to personnel development
- Preparing and updating HR processes
- Preparing reports and statistics related to the daily activities required by management
- Coordination of contractual relations of MGI RO with some services providers related to the benefits offered by the company (such as: medical services provider, sport activities, insurances)
- Improving Benefits and increasing retention at MGI
- Support for annual internal appraisal for the departments assigned
- Experience of minimum 3 years as an HR generalist in a multinational company
- University degree
- Good knowledge of Romanian labor law
- Good computer skills and office communication tools
- Fluent in English
- Reliability and loyalty
- Excellent organizational talent, methodical skills
- Self confidence and highly motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Knowledge of IT market in Romania
