REQUIREMENTS:
- university degree;
- minimum 5 (five) years relevant experience in planning and development of training/ professional education programs;
- PC knowledge (including Power Point presentations);
- advanced English language; Spanish may be a plus;
- Creativity;
- Driving licence - cat. B.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- identify training needs;
- elaborate the training programs acording with the client needs;
- elaborate the support of courses for the training programs;
- sustain the training courses;
- plan the objectives for the courses and perform this acording to the planning;
- elaborate assessment reports;
- coordonate, adapted, deliver and manage the programs acording to the planning;
- Survey/ measure the impact and the efficacy of the programs.
