RESPONSABILITATI

Provide administrative support for department, including but not limited to: preparing reports, communicating with departments, organizing meetings, visits, etc.
Assist the recruitment activities (e.g. scheduling of interviews, arrangements related to new hires induction program, applicant flow reporting, etc.).
Execute the organization of external and internal training sessions.
Fulfill administrative duties related to the head-office maintenance (coordination of repairs, reception and distribution of supplies to cleaning staff, etc.).
May be involved in other HR related projects as per his/her level of competence.


CERINTE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
Minimum 6 months experience in a multinational environment/ medium-to-large size company.
Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to handle confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
Ability to work independently, as well as to work well within and across teams.
Ability to follow-through until completion of tasks.
Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy, priority setting and observing deadlines.
Customer-oriented attitude: commitment to answer requests and solve problems.
English language – conversational level.
Strong computer skills are a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
