This is a work from home.Full time job only -8 hrs/day.(Please don 't apply if you are available for a part time job)
Responsibilities:
• Support the General Management with Personnel Management Policies, Practices and Procedures
• Supervise the recruitment and selection process
• Implement the evaluation system of the employee’s performance
• Assess the development needs of the employees and propose a consistent plan of training programs


CERINTE

The applicant must be educated to degree level .You must be computer literate and speak and write fluent English .Russian language is an advantage. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help us maintain a young, vibrant and successful team. You must be intelligent, organized, reliable, , creative/innovative , with initiative, flexible, independent and result-oriented.
