- Realize the induction process
- Assist in the recruitment process and take charge of the recruitment for specified positions
- Follow, propose, organize and participate in the jobs fairs and other recruitments events in order to bring a good visibility to the studio
- Develop/maintain a network of contacts with schools (conferences, job fairs)
- Hold presentations regarding the company and the recruitment process
- Make appointments for interviews:contacting people and arranging interviews, keeping up to date the recruitment database
- Inform the other departments’ managers/team leaders regarding the situation of the candidates
- Provide administrative support (organization of documents related to HR, arranging meetings, etc.)
- Support and preparation for the recruitments (welcoming and booking the candidates for interviews)
- Follow-up the candidates’ status and giving them feedback related to their results or the decisions
- HR processes knowledge is recommended
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of French would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of operating MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Ability of analysis and synthesis
