- Organizing internal training;
- Help line managers to prepare training materials;
- Input and upload training data in system;
- Make weekly training report;
- Develop new employees development plan;
- Mentor development;
- Organize new employees probation examination;
- Quarterly performance management.
- University graduate;
- 2 years experience in Training & Development and Performance Managemnt;
- Personelle Inspector Certificate is a plus;
- Experience in payroll and administrating personnel field is a plus;
- Very good computer skils(Excel, Word, payroll software);
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Labour legislation;
- Good communication skills, customer focus.
