Reporting to the Europe HR VP and member of our European HR management team, you will be responsible for building the HR function of our new Romanian entity, which should count more than 100 employees at the end of its first year.
Your role will include:
-Recruitment of the local HR team. .
-Implementation of local HR policies and processes to support the business and the HR corporate strategies.
-Ensure local legal compliance with the support of legal council.
-Definition and implementation of the best recruitment strategies (web, referral, agencies) and attract high talented employees to build the organization
-Implementation and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs
-Set up of payroll process including selection with Finance of local payroll provider.
-Promotion of employee and organization development programs such as performance management, trainings, employee survey, competency management...
-Development of internal communication to facilitate employee integration and retention
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years HR generalist experience including recruiting, C&B and people development expertise, ideally acquired in a multinational company.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent English
